Nearly two decades of private teaching experience
From 2002 through 2020, I owned and operated a private in-home guitar lesson business, helping elementary and middle school students build a strong musical foundation.
Today, I bring that experience to adults who are picking up a guitar for the first time and players who are ready to return after years away.
My job is not to impress you with what I know. It is to listen, make the next step clear, and help you build enough confidence to enjoy making music on your own.
A favorite song, smoother chords, a first solo, or simply feeling comfortable with the instrument again.
Each lesson focuses on the next useful skill. Theory appears when it helps you play, not as homework for its own sake.
